How to install

설치 방법

Word, Excel, PowerPoint. After Sidekick AI is listed on Microsoft Marketplace: Insert → Get Add-ins → search “Sidekick AI” → Add. Until publication, install with the production manifest from the developer (sideload / trusted catalog).

Outlook (Windows desktop). Install the separate Outlook add-in package provided by the developer (VSTO).

Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Install the Sidekick AI browser extension from the store listing or the package provided by the developer, then open the sidebar.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Microsoft Marketplace 게시 후: 삽입 → 추가 기능 가져오기 → “Sidekick AI” 검색 → 추가. 게시 전에는 개발자가 제공한 배포용 매니페스트로 사이드로드/신뢰 카탈로그 설치.

Outlook (Windows 데스크톱). 개발자가 제공하는 별도 Outlook 추가 기능(VSTO)을 설치합니다.

Chrome, Edge, Firefox. 스토어 또는 개발자 제공 패키지로 Sidekick AI 브라우저 확장을 설치한 뒤 사이드바를 엽니다.

Common issues

자주 묻는 문제

Blank task pane or sidebar. Check that you are online (the AI gateway is required), then reopen the pane or restart the host app.

Sign-in stuck. Complete Google or Microsoft login in the browser window that opens, then return to Sidekick AI.

Out of credits. Guest has a lower monthly allowance. Sign in for the Free plan on that account, wait for the next monthly refill, upgrade when paid plans are available, or use your own API key on Basic/Pro.

Paid upgrade unavailable. Card checkout via Stripe may still be connecting. Email us if you need status.

AI changed the wrong content. Review results before keeping them. Prefer asking for a new sheet/document when you want to preserve the original.

작업창·사이드바가 비어 있음. 인터넷 연결과 AI 게이트웨이 접근을 확인한 뒤 패널을 다시 열거나 호스트 앱을 재시작하세요.

로그인이 멈춤. 열린 브라우저에서 Google/Microsoft 로그인을 끝낸 뒤 Sidekick AI로 돌아오세요.

크레딧 부족. 게스트는 월 한도가 낮습니다. 해당 계정으로 로그인하면 Free 한도, 다음 달 충전, 유료 플랜(가능 시), 또는 Basic/Pro에서 본인 API 키를 사용하세요.

유료 업그레이드 불가. Stripe 결제 연동 중일 수 있습니다. 상태가 필요하면 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

AI가 잘못된 내용을 바꿈. 적용 전 결과를 검토하세요. 원본 보존이 필요하면 새 시트·문서에 쓰도록 요청하세요.
